UEB Terms of Reference 2023-24
The University Executive Board (formally Vice-Chancellor's Executive Group) has a number of management groups which report to it. Please refer to the terms of reference and membership for details of each of the sub-groups.
Under the University’s Dual Assurance system of governance, members of UEB are responsible for the management and development of policy in key areas of University business, for which they are accountable to a lay member of Council, knowledgeable in the same area, who provides assurance to Council that this activity is well-managed.
